Purchasing instructions

To make everything clear and easy, we made a guide to making a purchase. To make a purchase, select the product (s) that suits you and be sure to read the descriptions and pictures.

1. Add products to the cart using the "Add to cart" button.
2. Once you have added all the products to the cart, you can choose to continue shopping or go to the cart.
3. Please check that you have added the right products and quantities before paying. After that, you must first read the terms of sale and privacy policy. When done, press to accept and go to make a purchase
4. On the next page, fill in all required fields and click "Continue" or go "back to cart".
5. Next you will see the transport page - unfortunately it is not possible to choose the delivery method there, but it will be added before payment (on a separate MakeCommerce page)
6. Under Payment methods, check that everything is added correctly, and if so, click the "Go to pay" button below - Important! The delivery price will be added on a separate page and you will see the subtotal for the products.
7. You will be directed to the MakeCommerce platform, where you can choose the most suitable delivery method (parcel machine or pick it up yourself) and payment method (bank link or credit card).
8. Check everything again and head to pay
9. When the payment has been made, press the "Back to merchant" button and you will return to the e-shop. If the payment was successful, we'll send you the appropriate information and email. If the payment failed, an error message will be displayed.
10. We will start assembling the goods and deliver them as soon as possible. :)
